About The Film Club
The Club was started in 2006 and its aim is to offer a mix of Hollywood, foreign language, independent and classic films in a convivial setting with the ‘big screen’ experience. The Club has film evenings on the first and third Thursdays of the month from September to Easter (plus the AGM in June) at Highclere Village Hall.
The films are open to the public and membership is available for £10.00 per season. Membership offers a discounted ticket price to each film and the free film at the AGM. Doors open at 7:30 with wine, beer and soft drinks available prior to the performance to give the opportunity to socialise and chat about films. There is an e-mailing list to keep members informed of events and programme news.
